Time to take matters into our own hands
The Troll has not heard any response from S Corporate Governance Board regarding KW’s unlawful $4 million severance and has decided to take matters into his own hands. The Troll has submitted a written complaint to the SEC and invites others to partake in this effort. On the SEC website, there is a form and email address to report securities laws violations (http://www.sec.gov/complaint.shtml). Because S filed an unlawful SEC report stating KW was terminated without cause, which we now know is not true, the Dumb Cowards likely violated the law. Additionally, the Troll sent an email to Amol Sharma of the WSJ with details of the transgression. Mr. Sharma has been an active player in the past with reporting on S and the Troll hopes he can give attention to our cause. The Troll will report any feedback he receives on this board. Stay posted.

Hey, Oliver Crangle has one follower...
ReplyDeleteEveryone reading this should look up the Twilight Zone episode: Four O'Clock to see how you really look.
The real cowards are the ones that hide anonymously behind blogs. If you have a case, get an attorney, file charges or STFU.
Beware of Four O'clock, for it is you who are small...
Hey Jerry T.. aka Sprint Corporate.. buzz off..
ReplyDeleteI think there is legitimate cause for the troll to be pissed.. Would you let your wife leave and still pay her 4million bucks.. NOO..
She volunteered to step down not get terminated....
I have a suggestion. Let the SEC investigate and if they find there is wrong doing, in today's business climate, Sprint will plenty of penalties to pay. Perhaps even heads will roll.
ReplyDeleteWould I let my wife leave and still pay her 4 mil? The smart answer, which you, the troll and many other simple minded people seem to over look is; "Well now that depends". How much is she costing me if she stays?
ReplyDeleteYes I'm a corporate type. Not Sprint, but I get paid to look at the big picture. Did it ever cross your tiny little mind that she was costing Sprint 10's of millions in her blunders, inefficiencies and underhanded political policies? Did you ever think that maybe 4 mil was actually a good deal to move her along? I doubt it. Some are worker bees and can't see beyond what is in their face and some look at not just tomorrow, but next year and five years from now. Which your question about my wife let me know what type you are. You only saw the 4 mil that it cost today.
Now to address your statement that there is a legitimate cause for the troll and you to be pissed. Legitimate? Based on what? Are you a contract attorney? Regardless of what may have been said or misquoted in public, were either of you present in her meeting with the executive team when she quit, asked to be let go or was fired? I doubt it. So you "really" don't know anything. I just can't figure out how with having absolutely no details it seems like such a "legitimate" cause to you. I hope you pass on Jury duty if ever called.
So in closing, as I stated, if you have a legitimate case, get an attorney, file charges or STFU. Because if you can't do one of the two things I mentioned, you really "don't" have a legitimate case.
